Why We Exist

A child's first blanket should carry you somewhere — not just a pattern.

Every Little Atlas collection begins with a journey: a grandmother's garden, a borrowed summer, a road someone drove before you were born. We research the place, write its story, and weave it into prints that soften with every wash — so it becomes a place your family returns to, night after night.

Our Story

It started at a desk in Shanghai, with a map that kept growing.

Little Atlas began with a simple habit: every time we remembered a place — a grandmother's lemon grove, a drive-in from someone's childhood — we pinned it to a hand-drawn map above the studio desk.

One pin became fourteen. Each pin became a story; each story became three prints; each print became a blanket that a family somewhere now tucks their little one in with, every night.

We call it armchair travel for the very young. The child will not remember Madagascar. But the blanket will remember it for them — and one day, they'll ask where the pattern came from. That's when the journey really begins.
